1 set High precision metering device installed on the frame with adjustable cushion, mainly consist of the following parts:
. 1 Riot motor, Motor safety grade IP54, Taiwan inverter control
. 1 German high pressure metering pump Germany A2VK
. 1 set pressure control device,consist of range 0-1MPa pressure gage and riot pressure switch. To prevent pump fit, set to control pressure: 0.1MPa, when the pressure is lower than the set value,the control system alarm prompt

.1 set high pressure control device,consist of range 0-40MPa pressure gage and riot pressure switch,used to adjust of work pressure of control components, set the working pressure range in 6-22MPa,when pressure beyond this range, equipment downtime alarm and show fault message of work pressure is too low or work pressure is too high
. Ultimate safety pressure of component metering pump set to 25MPa by the relief valve, the relief valve has a mechanical protection function, ensure the use of metering pump and system security

High-pressure mixing head using the clean design and high-pressure collision principle, mixing quality mixing head normally associated with material characteristics (viscosity, temperature, density, etc.), injection pressure and injection pressure difference in size. To achieve good mixing effect (flow state for turbulent state), Reynolds number RE must be greater than a critical value, the size of the critical Reynolds number related to the mixing head nozzle form and material system.
